County Court House Information As your Santa Rosa County Property Appraiser, I believe keeping you updated with the current happenings gives you the most advantage in supporting or not supporting issues within the county.  Currently there are three locations proposed to build a new Courthouse. One is located just West of Avalon Blvd. on Highway 90, another is at the same location as the current courthouse and the third is located in east Milton on Highway 90 just west of the Airport. Please take advantage of this opportunity to view these locations by clicking on the locations marked on the map below to see a closer view and the building plans.  You can also click on the link to see the full PowerPoint presentation.  You may want to give your opinion on the location to your county commissioners.
